Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Consultations can be cancelled 72 hrs before the scheduled time for a full refund. Refund will be transferred to the original payment method in 3-5 business days. Past that, there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.

Refund: No refunds for completed consultations.

No-Show Policy: If you do not sign in within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a No-Show. A one-time No-Show may be accommodated for valid reasons, and we can reschedule your session for a date of your choosing. However, if you have two No-Shows, it will be treated as a completed session, and no refunds will be issued.
